2023-2024 PROGRAMS

We are excited to offer the following public programs for 2023-2024.  We hope to hold most of these programs in person, but details are still being worked out.  A printable flyer of our 2023-2024 programs is available here.  All times listed are United States Eastern Time.

• Ellie Vance – May 5, 2024, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the ACPL Genealogy Center. Genealogist Ellie Vance will discuss the “History of Jews in the Russian Empire and an Introduction to Record Types,” and will follow that with “Jewish Research in the Former Russian Empire.” Ellie graduated from Brigham Young University with degrees in Russian and Family History and Genealogy. She currently works as a technical historical records expert at FamilySearch. This program will also be provided virtually for those unable to attend in person.
